Antarrec congratulates our friend and workmate , Pepe Loeches for his 4th. *Grammy obtained for "Best Instrumental Album - 2006" "BEBO".

He started his career at the Hispavox company, back to the 1969, went looking to exp He went to england to increase his knowledge, that at a moment was the mecca of the song art, where he stay for 5 years, there he lived and participate in the golden epoc of pop music, working at the PYE Records Studio as "freelance", at Air Studios, Trident Studios, Landsdowne Studios, Abbey Road, Marquee Studios, Nova Studios , And others..

This allowed him to work with people as important as Paul McCarney at the beginning with Wings, Steve Wonder, Mungo Jerry, Ringo Starr, Sandie Shaw, Johnny Mercer, André Previn, Tony Hatch, Gene Pitney, and many others.

This gave him, of course, professional richment.

He went back to Spain in 1975, working since then in various recording studios as: Kirios, The Disco (in Caracas - Venezuela), Eurosonic, where he built the first study with an Eastlake design as was done in Spain and finally in Musigrama, being together with Joaquin Cobos, owner of the same, with design also Eastlake.

During all this time has worked with artists from all styles and genres such as: Paco de Lucia, Aldi Miola, Miguel Ríos, Alfredo Kraus, Julio Iglesias, Raphael, Mª Dolores Pradera, Francisco, Maria Vidal, Take That, Miguel Bosé, Manolo Escobar, “El Consorcio”, Alberto Cortez, José Luís Rodríguez “El Puma”, Clara Montes, El Fari, Chiquetete, Bebo Valdés and El Cigala, Rosa León, José Luís Perales, Lolita, Francisco, Buika, Manolo Escobar, Mónica Molina, Los del Río, Victoria Abril, Pablo Milanés, Joaquín Sabina, Rita Marley, Jesús Villa-Rojo, Asier Polo (Violonchelista) , Marta Zabaleta (Pianista), Luís de Pablo, Pepe de Lucia on whose work on the disc "Corazon De Mi Gente", gave it a GRAMMY*, and an endless list.

It has intervened in several bands recording music for film and television with: Carmelo Bernaola, Antón García Abril, Pepe Nieto, Jesús Glück, Juan Barden, Rafael Beltrán, Julio Mengod, and so on.

He has also worked sporadically in various projects in countries like Venezuela, Cuba, Germany, France, Holland, USA, Mexico, among others.
                                   

After selling the Study Musigrama in 2003, has made several works as a "freelance", which include CDs of "Lagrimas Negras" by Bebo Valdes and El Cigala and "Cositas Buenas" by Paco de Lucia, where both work rewarded with two GRAMMY'S*, also have given him fourth GRAMMY* for his work on the disc considered, "Best Instrumental Album of the Year 2006" by Bebo Valdes.

At present, he has retired to enjoy mother nature, penetrating the exciting world of beekeeping, a wonderful world as unknown, although of course, entirely without leaving the music world with which it has been so successful over more than forty-five years, however that if, with only very punctual with projects that can really enjoy.
